How do you calculate what power lens to use?
This is one of my favorite subjects and I spend time perfecting
my calculations. Since each eye is different, prior to the
surgery, your eyes will be measured with specialized equipment
using light-waves or ultra-sound in just a few minutes. Since
cataract surgery is to correct cataracts, treating astigmatism or
using premium lenses to reduce the need for glasses are
considered separate procedures and incur separate costs. |
