| Quadriplegic Patients
Criteria of Eligibility for Vision Correction Surgery |
- You are quadriplegic as the result of a traumatic spinal cord injury.
- At least 18 years or older
- At least 1 year since the date of your injury
- It is difficult or impossible to put on or remove glasses without assistance.
- ASIA Disability rating of 3 or worse in the upper extremities is evidence of sufficient disability; however, final decision on whether you qualify is up to your participating LASIK surgeon.
- Eligibility for program does not guarantee we can find a surgeon to perform your surgery.
